Our founder, Charles Laurence, is a chartered tax advisor who worked at a senior level in the alternative funds industry for over a decade before switching to executive search. As an advisor and as a director in a private equity firm, he worked on multiple multi-billion dollar deals, helped launch new funds, led GP restructurings, managed multi-million dollar adviser budgets and signed off major compliance and reporting exercises.
As a head-hunter and consultant Charles has worked with managers across all major strategies and at all scales (from new entrants to the most high profile managers), on their most sensitive hiring and business restructuring projects.
